Quality is of the utmost importance and a major priority of the company. Every products at all stages of production is subjected to scrutiny. The foundation of the organization starts with company employees who are committed to producing quality products. Their recognition of the importance of delivering consistently high quality to customers, locally and internationally.

COLD STORES

The cold storage is playing a very important role in protecting all kind of seafood products, fresh or frozen before being delivered to the sales channel, therefore the company made its efforts to support this sector to includes, Cold Stores, Ice Plants, Chiller rooms throughout the Kingdom giving total storage capacity of 4500 metric tons.

DRY STORES

The company has a number of the Dry Stores for all packaging materials, spare parts, fishing gear and other dry items essential for the operations.

MAINTENANCE

The Technical Department operates Mechanical, Electrical and Refrigeration Workshops to support all sectors of the company. In each regions there is a team responsible for all maintenance.

TRANSPORT FLEET

The company owns and operates a fleet of refrigerated trucks, these trucks deliver products to the company network of Retail Shops, and other customers Kingdom-wide.

The company also owns and operates a fleet of trucks to deliver dry items to all regions.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Information technology is considered vital for the company. All regions are connected by a network, internet and E-mail. Retail outlets are linked to the system through POS (Point of Sale) system.

The company uses an Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) to provide the information to allow first class customers service.
